Ne-Yo Sued Over Alleged Dog Attack on Delivery Woman
R&B singer Ne-Yo is facing legal action after a delivery woman claimed she suffered injuries when one of his dogs allegedly attacked her at his Georgia home.
According to court documents, Dominique Bridgett says the incident happened in July 2025. She was delivering a package to Ne-Yo’s home in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Bridgett claims the singer’s dog attacked and bit her during the delivery. She also alleges that the dog had shown aggressive behaviour toward people before the incident.
She claims the animal was not properly restrained at the time of the alleged attack.
Bridgett says the incident caused injuries, pain and emotional distress. She also claims that her medical bills have now exceeded $9,000.
She filed the lawsuit in Fulton County Court in June. Bridgett accuses Ne-Yo of negligence and seeks an unspecified amount in damages.
Ne-Yo’s representative has not publicly responded to the lawsuit.
The court has not established the allegations against the singer. The case remains ongoing.
The lawsuit comes shortly after another celebrity faced legal trouble over an alleged dog attack.
A jury recently found Chris Brown liable in a separate case involving a housekeeper. The court ordered Brown to pay nearly $13 million in damages.
Ne-Yo’s case will now move through the legal process as both sides present their arguments.
