Davido is bringing his 15-year musical journey home with a major three-night residency at Lagos’ National Theatre this December.
The Afrobeats superstar has announced ORIADÉ: The Residency, a special live event scheduled to hold from December 17 to 19, 2026.
The three-day celebration will mark 15 years since Davido began his music career and will spotlight the journey, memories and fans who have supported him along the way.
Davido unveiled the project in a commercial video shared across his social media platforms. The announcement described ORIADÉ as more than a regular concert, framing it as a homecoming for the singer.
“15 years ago, a dream became a journey,” the voiceover says, reflecting on Davido’s rise and the memories created throughout his career.
It adds that while the singer has received love from audiences around the world, returning to Lagos holds a special meaning.
“This December, Oriade comes to life at the National Theatre. For three unforgettable nights, we celebrate 15 years of music, the journey, and everyone who’s been a part of it,” the announcement states.
Davido also invited his fans to experience the celebration with him, describing the event as a return to where it all feels like home.
Sharing the announcement online, the singer wrote: “LAGOS!!!! nowhere I’d rather be. We bringing it HOME! 15 years of madness and there’s ORIADÉ: The Residency comes to the National Theatre for 3 nights this December.”
Fans will not have to wait long to secure their spots. Tickets are scheduled to officially go on sale on September 25.
Members of Davido’s 30BG community will also receive early access through a presale. Interested fans can register through the link provided in the singer’s social media bio.
With three consecutive nights planned at one of Lagos’ most prominent cultural venues, ORIADÉ is set to turn Davido’s 15-year milestone into a major homecoming celebration.
